idk why but this episode of degrassi is one of my favorites. “standing in the dark” part(s) 1 & 2 (2007). maybe because we see how one night affects darcy throughout the rest of the season....or how she has to grapple with her own judgements & values while going through something horribly traumatic. on a lighter note, it’s one of the only episodes you really get to see winter in canada, which is kinda fun. shoutout to shenae grimes (beech) on her performance. it was stellar & she deserves all the recognition for playing this storyline out.

But I also have to give it up to these two ladies (Shenae Grimes Beech & Bethany Joy Lenz) because from teen dramas to Hallmark movies, I’ve always loved seeing what new stuff they’re in. Plus who doesn’t love a cheesy, lovey-dovey movie from time to time, ya know?! 🤗
