WELL GUYS, I FINALLY STARTED WRITING IT. here’s my first chapter of the Chicago PD x The Rookie crossover fic I was talking about earlier on here. Comment or message me & lemme know what you think if you do decide to read it! :) It’s only chapter 1, so there’s not like, major Upstead/Chenford feels, but they’re all going to be in the same place by chapter 2, so they’ll all finally meet! [see the photo below for even the parallels of the partners JUST STANDING THERE OKAY gosh – LOOK.AT.THEM.PLEASE. same expressions, same positions, same height difference MY CHENFORD AND UPSTEAD HEART CAN’T TAKE IT IT’S TOO CUTE 💞]  Hopefully you still like the start of this though - I tried to keep it in character (true to The Rookie and to Chicago PD), so hopefully that translates.
