Soooo I watched X-Men 97 and these two are my favourites. I'm so glad nothing bad happened and Kurt and Remy just spent their whole night bonding as future brother-in-laws. 🙃

Words cannot express how much I love the treatment of Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler's faith in X-Men. Not only is he open about his Christianity but displays the true nature of offering God's love and not some twisted version. Also, the characters and show respects him for it. There are some who don't agree with Kurt naturally, but Kurt doesn't hold it against them.
It's so rare to find a Christian character in media that's not treated as the villain or butt of the joke or have their faith constantly mocked. I really appreciate the accurate depiction Marvel has given us through Nightcrawler.
He's always been my favorite for this exact reason! I've been a bit nervous about watching X-men 97 because I was scared they would try to change who Nightcrawler is.
