You knew things were thoroughly going wrong when Henley was the one in charge of the rescue mission.
Naturally, Hatley only thought this, she did not dare say such a thing out loud because she valued her life.
Their CMO was the most senior conscious officer here, with Matt laid out on a medbunk on one side of the shuttle and Colonel Travis on the other.
But rescuing Commander Fox was critical and they needed all the hands they could get.
So Maddy had handed him the schematic where they believed Fox was imprisoned and held the man's keen gaze for long seconds, willing him to put that incredible mind to the task.
So the Doctor dropped his eyes to the layout and was silent for some time, but when he lifted his head, command was present upon him as he spoke----
"All right, here's the plan."

33: Hera & Lucy are famous singers and Tim, Jackson, and Kanan are their bodyguards Au. The title says it all. Plus also Nolan is their agent. Have a little snippet below:
“I still can’t believe Nolan got us BODYGUARDS,” Lucy complained, pacing as best she could in the enclosed space of Hera’s trailer. The other woman gave her a patiently amused look.
“In his defense, Lucy, we’ve both received plenty of death threats.”
“Yeah, well, this is invasive,” Lucy grumbled, flopping down onto the couch. “That Bradford guy is already the grumpiest drill sergeant of a guy I’ve ever met.”
“I didn’t think he was that bad.”
Scoffing, Lucy said, “How would you know? You were too busy flirting with your bodyguard with the ponytail.”
“I was not!” Shooting her an offended look, Hera said, “All I’m saying is that we should make the best of the situation.”
“You do that.” Frowning thoughtfully, Lucy said, “I, on the other hand, am going to try and get rid of them. Especially Bradford.”
“This should end well,” Hera sighed.

Commander Fox was having a long morning. Really, the past few years had been this way, but he was choosing to focus on this particular day.
There had been a bomb threat in the Senate Building, and so he’d had to conduct evacuations. It had turned out to be false, but that hadn’t been discovered until after Senator Chuchi had pushed into a wall, and the Senator from Hosnian Prime had slipped and broken his wrist.
After that there were all manner of other security things to check, flimsi work to fill out, and it was only noon. Fox had a headache, and he was wishing for another cup of caf when he heard shouts and a crash from down the hall.

OK, I know we all love Fives, and his death hurts me too, but there's something about that arc that most of the fandom doesn't talk about, and here it is: with the information Fox had, his actions were justified.
He was told that Fives was unstable and had tried to assassinate the chancellor, and everything he saw and heard in that warehouse supported that theory.
Fives was pointing lethal weapons at Fox and his men.
Fox was fully justified in responding with lethal force. No mind control necessary. Is it tragic that he and Fives wound up in that situation? Absolutely. Is he a horrible person for what he did? No.

Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes do draw Fox again you wonderful and incredibly talented being. Maybe something Coruscant / Guard related? Maybe him finally getting a nap, perhaps by having been tackled and snuggled into submission by some of his fellow Commanders? Fox’s head is pounding. He doesn’t remember. He—He doesn’t remember.
He left his office on an emergency call for Chancellor Palpatine.
And returned to his office with several messages from his brothers asking him what the fuck his problem was—killing a brother.
He would never.
His blaster is kept to stun. It always is. It’s a Guard mandate. All of his boys have to keep their weapons on stun, there are too many civvies to do anything but.
In the oppressive silence of his dark office, Fox digs the heels of his hands into his eyes until he sees sparks.

For a population of millions, Coruscant could be strangely lonely. Sometimes, Fox found a nice, quiet ledge to just… chat.
Foxiyo Week 2022 is here! I struggled a lot with this prompt lol. Mostly the idea was that both Fox and Riyo connected because both felt a little lonely being so far from home with little to no familial support and too much pressure and responsibilities.Initially the idea was them both sitting on the ledge together but I felt it didn’t really convey the ‘lonely’ feeling. So it ended up with Fox alone, skyping his Not!Girlriend. (or if you wanna go the angst route, he’s just staring at her holo and pining hahaaaa….. 😭)

One year, six months, a week and two days.
That was how long it had been since the Third Brother had returned, unsuccessful, from his mission to Thabeska, and been summarily punished. Painfully. Some of the scars still ached after long days or training sessions. He’d also been confined to the Imperial Palace for a few months, ostensibly to heal. However, it was more likely that it was so the other Inquisitors could exact their vengeance on him.
But that was also how long it had been since Kanan had joined the Rebellion as a spy, in the heart of the Inquisitor’s ranks.

I’m due some shore leave so I thought I’d do a brief jaunt over to Moran VII. I wish you could be there, but I know how busy you are these days. They have some fantastic bodies of water so I thought I’d brush off some of that sailing I did in sims on Coruscant. If I’m any good you and I will have to take a trip.
Any souvenier requests? I hear there’s a market with some exceptional stone carvings. You were always partial to animals. What will it be? Eeopie? Hawk? Kaadu? Wolf? Name it and I’ll get you something.

You’re terrible about getting holos. Please take loads so I can feel like I experienced it as well. And be so careful, Firmus. I assume you’re doing this with trained professionals who have done this outside sims as well.
