I know I’ve been quite inactive lately here and I’m sorry. I just want to say that

I love Kala and Wolfgang, I always will.

Rajan Rasal was not a “good man”.

If you think Wolfgang fell in love with Rajan you’re delusional.

If you think Kala fell in love with Rajan you’re delusional.

If you think the “poly” storyline made sense or was right to any of the character rewatch the goddamn show because clearly you didn’t understand a single thing about them.

funny how raja*lagang stans are so quick to accuse people that criticize their badly written ship of racism when they’re first ones to ignore kala’s character development and what her story meant for brown girls.

I agree that the worst part of this is what happened to the fandom. I can’t believe the responses from Rajalagang shippers. It’s absolutely inappropriate to say that the reasonable and articulate responses from heartbroken Kalagang shippers are racist, homophobic, or polyphobic in any respect. The fact that so many Rajalagang shippers are saying these things suggests that they are analyzing things extremely superficially; it also suggests Kala’s arc was deeply misunderstood and her character was never taken seriously. 

About Lana – while I disagree wholeheartedly with how she wrote the Special and think she failed to consider the message that this conclusion sends…I still think that intent matters a great deal, and I don’t think she intended to create this ship war. She should have seen it coming, and she should have made better choices, but I find it unlikely that Lana wanted this to happen or wanted so many fans to be unhappy. It’s not her fault that people on here and Twitter are personally attacking each other. That’s a choice those people are individually making.

No one can shut up about how cool Rajan is and what a bicon Wolfgang is and I’m tired. Where is the discussion of Kala? I can’t speak to this issue personally but my friends who are from Kala’s culture have consistently stated that this conclusion was offensive and unacceptable. It IS a mess and don’t apologize, I never mind asks like this in my inbox.
