It's kind of insane that Marvel/Disney is doing almost everything in their power, just short of discontinuing selling copies of Thor (2011), The Avengers (2012), and Thor: The Dark World, to retcon and erase all of the complex layers of Loki's character and make him as bland and 2-dimensional as possible.

Like seriously, where was this Loki in the tv show?
