Beginning of the episode: Oh my god it's echo!Clara working in a diner and the Doctor has found her.
Halfway through the episode: Oh my god it's Clara but the Doctor erased her memory of him and she doesn't remember him and she's working in a diner and the Doctor's telling her their last adventure.
End of the episode: Oh my god it's Clara and she remembers everything but the Doctor doesn't remember her face or her voice and doesn't know she's Clara and he's telling her all he remembers about their last adventure, and the diner is not a diner but a TARDIS.

VERY IMPORTANT REALIZATION HERE
so clearly when Clara discovers the Doctor suffered for 4.5 billion years and the scene goes out because she wanted to tell him how she felt or something along those lines, we were all assuming she said “I love you”, because I mean, what else? but still, they’ve dodged that quite a lot this whole series - especially this whole episode. it’s all been between the lines.
but I found something between the lines.
in the end, at the diner, Clara tells the Doctor that what she said to him - the very important thing that he couldn’t remember, that perhaps it was in a song.
earlier in the series the Doctor said something about how songs are always about love.
so there you go.
I’m going to hell now. bye.
But how could clara know about the Diner? the doctor was there with Amy and Rory not with Clara?
The doctor in the woman who lived: No. No time travel for you! It is not good for you and immortal people shouldn’t travel together anyway.
Clara in Hell Bent: Hey, wanna see time and space with me?
It just realized something. Ashildr allways said that no one is good enough to spend the eternity with her. Now she travels with Clara in the universe, maybe for thousand of years. This ship really IS canon!
