For those poeple who comlaing about 13 eating the soil: I study Master of crop sciene. And an important part is the soil of course. And the easiest way to find out which kind of the soil you have is to a) rub the soil between your fingers, looking at it’s color and structur and after a while you will eat a little part of it to hear if it crunch between your teeth. So what she did was actually really scientific… even i am not able yet to taste how much the next shop is away and it’s tripadvisor rating

I study forestry and we learned about this method recently and when i was watching this episode my brother came in saw 13 eating soil and was like “ew that’s disgusting” and i looked at him and said “guess what, we did that in geology class last friday”

Yes exactly this! Studying is not allways sitting around in white lab coats and looking into your microscope. Sometimes you need to go out there and eat some soil!
