A combo Bowie knife/flintlock pistol with scabbard, sold for $3,250.00: “10 3/4-inch clip point blade with sharpened false edge and 6-inch fuller. Dual brass guard. Brass grip frame with engraved and scalloped pommel cap. Smooth hardwood grip panels retained by two brass studs. Right side of grip with single-shot flintlock pistol. Approximately .44 caliber, 3-inch, 2-stage barrel with cannon muzzle.”

 A handmade .60 caliber matchlock muzzleloader made to look like a Lee Enfield rifle for some reason.  Discovered by a misurps.com user at a shop in Pennsylvania.
