Red Dhalias (pt. 4)
Red Dhalias
A/N: PART FOUR! Meant to put this up earlier! So here’s where it gets a bit confusing: For this fic, there are three (yes, THREE) endings! This, part 4, is the first ending of those three. The story was done this way because I couldn’t make my mind up when writing this and how I wanted it to end--so I decided to give you readers three different ones. You can pick your favorite ending among the three(and yeah, you’ll have to wait for the other two after this one like normal chapters LOL). So, ready for angst? Bubble wrap on? Okay!
A/N 2: Each little ending includes a small epilogue at the end!
(Added note, I don’t own the picture and if I get any asks about it, they’ll be deleted. Thanks :) )
Pairing: Bakugo x (fem)Reader
A/U Notes: Your quirk is called “Force”. It’s a wind/air-type quirk. Basically you can use pressurized wind to destroy things or move things.Because of your air/wind quirk, your eyes are a strange white shade(you can see out of them, it’s not like you’re blind). You choose your own hair color/skin color
Warnings: Angst, Cussing, Potentially Triggering Scenes, Contains Graphic Scenes, Mentions of Hanahaki
Summary: Katsuki Bakugo has always been rough. Since you were little, you’d always protected Deku from him. Eventually, you had to move away because of your parent’s business–but now you’re back, and you’re enrolled into the same class at U.A.. All you can think is that Bakugo hasn’t changed, but what happens when you start to cough up Dahlia flowers–flowers that nearly seem to match his eyes? Are you suffering from unrequited love, or are you going insane?
Picking a hero name wasn't something that came naturally to me. I wasn't that creative when it came to this kind of thing, and I didn't want to pick something that sounded stupid. So when Midnight started having the class get up and announce what their names were, vetoing them in front of everyone, I got extra nervous. Now I had to make sure it didn't sound stupid and it was good enough to pass in her eyes. I sighed, looking down at what I had written on my marker board.
"Now all we have left is Young Bakugo, Young Iida, Young L/N, and Young Midoriya,"Midnight spoke. I sighed. Midnight's eyes swept over to me and my blood nearly ran cold. Great, of course she picks me first. "Ladies first!" I reluctantly stood up and walked over to the podium. I looked down at my marker board as I stopped behind the podium, staring at it hard. Was I sure about this? I frowned. The itching in the back of my throat nagged at me. It almost mocked me, as if to say that it wouldn’t matter in the end. That I would die anyway. After the silence rang out, I swallowed the itchy feeling. I slowly looked up and turned the markerboard so everyone could see.
"Y/H/N,"I murmured. The class was silent before Midnight burst with joy.
"I love it! It's perfect!"She exclaimed. I felt an almost immediate rush of relief, followed with the tickle in the back of my throat once more. I went rigid, giving her a fake smile as I moved and went back to my desk. Some of the other students all told me that they liked my name, Kirishima giving me a big sharky grin. Bakugo's eyes followed me to my desk, though I never made eye contact with him. I would always be able to feel his gaze...and I knew that to be true. It had been this way since I’d joined this class at U.A.. I sighed and sat down, brushing my skirt under me. I rested my arms on my desk. At least they liked it and no one laughed at me, I thought. When I looked up, I noticed Bakugo looking at me from his spot. Iida got up and presented his name, though it was just his first name.
