And I'm sorry but.

Everytime someone said "Miner" I was thinking "Minor" as in minority.

Like, yall know I was cackling inside when Flipwing or whoever showed up all pissed and I hear "Gggrrgh MINORS!! MINORS!! >:V "

The idea that Thin man was trying to stop the cycle by taking Six is pretty popular.

But, Mono only went back to the tower (AFTER Thin Man chased them through the city) to save Six.

Had he not done that, Mono and Six wouldn't have both been in that tower.

I think what they're doing is actually trying to perpetuate the cycle.

Once they've been warped by the entity, they loose their sense of self and do its bidding.

Afterall, when the Thin Man takes Six, he could have teleported her somewhere far away, but instead kept her in the tower where she also began to transform into a monster. The Tower is a catalyst.

Another Random art tip for the homies

If you're struggling with the "sketch looks better than the lineart" phenomenon, its bc there are elements in the sketch that you're ommitting when you do your lineart.

There's two ways I've gottenaround this:

Make the sketch absolutely atrocious, like barely deciferable, a 2-yr old's fever dream. Use it as your basic idea. Like the splotch of color on the brain scanner that's supposed to be the cat that you dremt about.

Im talkin:

It plays off of that idea that its much easier (and more satisfying tbh) to complicate a simple idea than si.plify a complicated idea.

You're also not dreading redrawing all the little details you want to keep.

The other way I've learned to make the final line not make all that work you did feel like a waste of time is to have your sketch BE your lineart. Utilize the power of the eraser and sculpt the sketch into a more refined state.

This way you get to keep all the elements you just threw in and liked while fixing up things that definitely dont help the situation.

Combining these two approaches is usually the most fun/efficient and satisfying for me, and I hope this is able to help someone looming for a cure to their artsy plights.

What if none of the other houses are alive, and are also dark inside because Home is made up of every building in the town?

The Welcome Home tab has a paragraph that says the town itself is called "Home".

And, you know, there's also a character called Home.

*clears throat*
