Part Four: This Is My Pack

The first month that Chiyo spent living with Aizawa’s pack was different for her. All these personalities mingling together with so many different perspectives. It was almost like another culture shock for her. She kept her distance as she watched her new “pack mates” (at least, that’s what Aizawa tells her to call them).

To the normal eye, it seemed like the class was split into three groups. One group was headed by Midoriya but the fool likes to be referred to as Deku. Deku’s group seemed to be the most optimistic with more gentle, upbeat personalities. It was nice for Chiyo to see how calm the group could be. It taught her how to listen and care for others; it was different seeing how they cared for each other and not just Aizawa. The small things like Iida helping Deku with school work or Todoroki cooling Asui’s drinks so they wouldn’t burn her frog tongue, those small gestures showed her what it was like to have friends that counted as family.

Another group was overseen by Bakugou. Even if he was brash and harsh, Chiyo could see the obvious love that he had for his friends. As the star student although that was a debatable fact seeing as Chiyo held higher scores, it was virtually nothing for his pack mates to come to him for tutoring. And, he was actually really helpful. Just as he could be helpful, he was also fiercely protective. Fact: Bakugou didn’t trust Chiyo. He watched her like a hawk. Every day, he’d threaten to kill her. Eventually, his hostility died down once he deemed her as safe.

And, the third group belonged to Tokoyami. As a calming personality to begin with, he handled the others with the same dignity. Shoji remained to be close to him and had the same effect on the group. But, Chiyo couldn’t really figure out how they were a pack. How can they be a pack if they are divided?

That question was answered the moment Chiyo looked further into the pack. She saw how each member didn’t just stick to one single group. Everyone shows each other care and everyone was protective of each other. Bakugou may say he hates Deku but, she can see the underlying love that he has for him.

There was just one thing; Chiyo clearly knew she wasn’t welcome in the pack. Perhaps it was the fact that she threatened Hitoshi, or it could be that she was just foreign to them but, they didn’t pack to mingle with her. Aizawa did try to push them to integrate and enjoy each other’s company but, that didn’t really do anything. They would have to accept her on their own accord.

“Chiyo, do you know the answer?” Chiyo blinked as her attention was drawn back to Present Mic as he taught them English. She scanned the board.

“The subject of the sentence is I,” she raised her eyebrow. As a student, she’s actually diligent. She’s managed to push her way through the ranks to become number one but, she doesn’t really tell people about that. Bakugou has been assuming that either Todoroki or Midoriya took his spot (let’s just say the tantrum Bakugou threw rivaled a two year old).

Part Two: Meeting Them

Chiyo had to admit; Aizawa had such tenacity when he pursued her. It seemed he always could smell her, even if she was a few miles away. Of course, it didn’t help that she was following him on his patrols. Chiyo was intrigued with him. While she knew he had the power to subdue her and turn her in to proper authorities, he never actually showed any signs of bad intent (in the two months that she had known him).

It started off as them playing a cat and mouse game; he’d chase her and she’d run. It turned out to be fun for her, having someone else to interact with. Chiyo had been alone for so long since she had run from her parents that she didn’t realize that she crazed these interactions. She wanted to laugh, to smile, to feel as though she belonged. And, with Aizawa, she did.

But, Aizawa was getting restless. He didn’t like the thought of the young omega being alone in this world. He knew she had no family or friends but that wasn’t confirmed yet so, how was she taking care of herself? Where did she live? His inner alpha wasn’t pleased with what he considered to be his newfound daughter’s unsafe nature.

“Where do you live?” Chiyo hunched into herself as she looked over at Aizawa, both of them sitting on a building ledge as they looked at the bustling city. She knew it was a question she could deny; either Aizawa would be taking her home with him or he’d be seeing her hideout.

“Old man, why do you need to know? I take care of myself,” she turned her head to the side. She kept her composure but on the inside she was panicking sometimes she’s such a child.

“We both know why I need to know. Whether you accept it or not, we’ve forged a pack bond,” he grabs her hand and rubs his thumb along the ridges of her knuckles. It felt nice to be touched; it made her feel real.

“How did you weasel your way into my life? Why won’t you leave?” Chiyo’s head hung down. Tears gathered in here eyes as her shoulders shook from the pressure of suppressing her tears. She bit her lip, blood filling her mouth. “Why didn’t you leave like everyone else? Why can’t I hate you?”

They just sat in silence, Aizawa rubbing her hand. He wanted to grab her in his arms but, he knew she wasn’t ready for that kind of contact yet unbeknownst to him she was touch-starved.

“You can’t hate what you love, kitten,” he moved his hand up to pet her purple hair. A blush blossomed across her cheeks. “You may not know what love is nor can you describe it but, you know what it feels like.”

And she did know what it felt like. After years of abuse and anger, she finally knew what it felt like to care for someone and to be cared for. She knew what it felt like to feel sadness whenever Aizawa said he couldn’t come meet her the first time absolutely crushed her, she knew what it felt like to be happy whenever Aizawa brought her different foods or stuffed animals (that would conveniently end up in her nest), she knew how it felt to miss him. She knew love.

“Oi, shut your fucking face. You can’t blubber all the way to my hideout,” she sniffled and punched his shoulder. He smiled down at his little tsundere.

Part One: Being Found

‘I’ve finally wound up at U.A.’ here enters our protagonist, Chiyo Takahashi, a tsundere with a “villainous” quirk. Chiyo didn’t really want to attend the school but, she didn’t really have a choice. The pro-hero Eraserhead had found her when she had been impaired due to her impending heat. Her heat was wearing through her body, making her stress about trying to keep herself hidden among the shadows. As a hero (and an Alpha), Aizawa couldn’t help but be drawn to the hound lady, following her for a few blocks before he dropped down from a lamppost in front of her.

Young Omega, shouldn’t you be heading home to your pack?” her scent soured. Chiyo had to get to her hideout and this obnoxious alpha was blocking her way. He didn’t explicitly state it but his question had implied that she had no business being on the street. She knew she shouldn’t have left her nest but she’s didn’t want to miss a chance at seeing HIM.

“Move,” she had tried to move around him but he only extended his arms to block her retreat. His deep red eyes bore down at her, her lavender eyes narrowing as she took the challenge that he silently extended.

“Why don’t you show me where you live? I’ll help you get out of here safe. Other alphas won’t be as restrained as myself,” he gripped her elbow. Chiyo knee he meant no harm but she couldn’t help but use her quirk.

Chiyo hates her quirk with a passion; at most times she wished she was quirkless. From a young age, her parents made it very clear that she possessed a quirk that deserved to be frowned upon. Even the children from her childhood singled her out as a villain which made his dissociate with reality. Nowadays, she preferred to roam around invisible.

“I said move,” she used her quirk to move the blood in the hero’s body, sliding her to the side. She felt their eyes lock and that aspect of her quirk stopped, leaving her to roll her eyes and concentrate. She reached and grasped her hand in his, a glow radiating between them, she could feel his power growing within her. “I’ve always wanted your quirk. “

Aizawa’s body returned to normal, and he could still feel the power of his quirk flowing in his mind but, something felt off. A new smell of conflict enter the air...he wasn’t sure which one of them had emitted the pheromone. Looking into her dull lavender eyes reminded him of a certain lavender haired boy that he cared for.

Aizawa looked into her eyes, his glowing, but hers began to mimic his. She turned her head to the side and lifted her hand, bending his blood to follow her movements.

What the fuck!?” Aizawa’s quirk wasn’t working; almost as though his quirk had been erased. But, that wasn’t possible, right? He was sure someone with a quirk like that would be registered in U.A.’s database for potential villains.

“I asked you to move the first time,” she shrugged her shoulders. There was no malice behind her words. If anything, it kinda comforted Aizawa to know that she had the same childish tendencies that his students displayed. But, that comfort was quickly overshadowed when Aizawa realized he could neither move nor speak. The hero was normally not one to have anxiety with children but, she gave off a different type of aura; the aura of someone on the brink of losing themself.
