I made burrito bowls this evening, holy moly were they ever good!! Recipe: Chicken and black beans cooked in spicy taco seasoning Brown rice Sliced avocado Homemade salsa (tomato, jalapeño, white onion, cilantro and lime juice) Topped with a dollop of sour cream
Lunch today was sooo good! Made scrambled eggs and threw in some onion and chopped Montreal smoked meat topped with melted aged cheddar cheese, accompanied by sriracha turkey bacon 👌👌👌

A picture came up on my dash of what looked like a burrito bowl, and it's got my gears going! For dinner Tuesday night I am going to make my own version! Chicken and beans cooked in spicy taco seasoning, brown rice, avocado chunks, my homemade salsa, all topped with a dollop of sour cream! This is going to be glorious guys, will post pictures when I make it!
Post workout breaky was SO GOOD! Scrambled eggs with bell pepper, onion and aged cheddar, accompanied by sriracha turkey bacon and half a piece of toast 👌
Tasty preworkout breaky! Giant cup of coffee (half decaf) with milk and Splenda, accompanied by cinnamon raisin toast and peanut butter 👌👌👌
On the menu tonight: chicken breast, bell pepper, habanero pepper and onion sautéed in a Greek spice mix, served with brown rice and tzaziki 👌
I am the guacamole master!! Avocado, tomato, onion, serrano pepper, cilantro and lime. Sooo tasty 👌👌👌
Made some yummy curry chicken! Followed this recipe (accept I used regular chicken breasts from the grocery store) and added 4 habanero peppers for some spice 👍

Holy moly was that ever a tasty dinner!! Spicy shrimp stir fry served on vermicelli noodles 👌👌👌
It says serves 4, I beg to differ, I ate half the stir fry in one serving. Also, I added two habanero peppers to give it the heat, it was delish 👍👍👍
My mouth is on fiyaaaa!! Pan seared chicken, bell pepper, onion and one habanero pepper with basil linguini, pesto and a dash of lemon juice 👌👌👌
Breakfast this morning was awesome!! I used aubernutter's mug pancake recipe, added some protein powder, and then cooked it in a pan. Best pancake I've ever had 👌👌👌 topped with margarine, cinnamon and Splenda 👍
Night time snack: banana and melted peanut butter! 🍌👌 This used to be my favourite snack, no idea why I stopped eating it!
Dinner tonight was A-MAZING!! Spicy Parmesan Panko Baked Chicken with Creamy Mushroom Rice and Steamed Asparagus 👌👌👌
Made aubernutter's mug pancakes this morning for breaky! Topped them with butter, cinnamon and Splenda, they were soooo good. To make them I used: Egg, banana, vanilla, cinnamon, flax/chia powder, protein powder, Splenda and cottage cheese (this was the first time using cottage cheese and wow. Yum!)
Cooked up a big batch of yum! Tomato basil sauce, spicy moose pepperoni from my dad, onions and bell pepper. Served with some brown rice noodles, it is delectable! 👌👌👌👌
Finally trying out this whole meal prep thing, I’ll good for dinner for the next 3 days 👍
