Our herbal detoxes have arrived and we are starting them today! Start the day off right with this yummy breakfast: 8 pieces chopped chicken bacon 6 eggs 2 medium potatoes chopped 1/2 cup chopped white onion 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper 1/2 unsweetened almond milk 1 tbsp basil 1/4 tsp paprika Salt and pepper to taste (we use Himalayan rock salt) 1/2 tbsp safflower oil Heat pan on medium with safflower oil. Add potatoes. Cook for approx 10 min, stirring frequently, keep covered. Add red pepper and onion. Cook until potatoes are tender. In separate bowl, add herbs/spices, eggs and almond milk, and whisk together. Then pour mixture in bowl into the pan. Cook until eggs are fully cooked. *Optional- add 1/4 cup daiya cheese while eggs are cooking Serves 4! I highly recommend trying it! Dairy and gluten free :)
