I also did the classic book shelve spread for my reading this year. It was a lot of fun to make. 📖
A slower and short series but it made me cry for those I never met.

Here are some of my favorite spreads from my 2024 reading journal!
This year my reading is off to a really great start! I’m ahead of my goal by about 12 books so far and I’m hoping to keep that momentum going all year. 😊
I'm starting a reading journal because since the start of the pandemic I've read very few books, and it is supposed to help me read more. Still, I've actually spent more time writing, preparing spreads and scrapbooking in it than actually reading...
but it's a lot of fun!
22.05.2021 - spent all of today reading, updating my journal, and working on my embroidery project while listening to Shardcast's episode on Moash (I've been avoiding it...!) Honestly, I've needed this, I'm feeling much less anxious and stressed today which has been such a relief.
Diving back into Stormlight has been an unexpected trip but very much appreciated! The US hardback has made it a very different experience for me but I'm happy to be back and it's helping me avoid an oncoming slump!
Currently reading: The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson; Persuasion by Jane Austen
03/01/2021 - a book review type thing 🕯🎼
The Duke and I by Julia Quinn - 3.5/5
hey lovely people - finally getting around to posting my first book journal page of the year! my thoughts are under the cut (they are also shown in the pictures)
