Prince of the Silent Planet, our adaptation and re-imagining of Edgar Rice Burroughs’ A Princess of Mars began with a simple question: What if John Carter was a Black soldier who fought for the Union instead of an ex-Confederate soldier? The answer to that question led us to some exciting and wonderful places and the resulting graphic novel is now on Kickstarter.
