What do you think of the Boom Boom family from sbr?
I haven’t read sbr! I hope to watch it when (if) it gets adapted to anime, and until then I try to avoid spoilers. Still, I pick up a few things just by seeing it posted, though I don’t recognize the name.
the sdc brain rot hit me a bit late now and damn I love those agents of dio fake tweets you've made
oh man i haven't done those in a hot minute, I should really focus on this blog more huh
You gotta do more stuff with dio and/or vanilla ice.. it makes me day.. I be giggling up a strom... thank you if you do...
dont got as much for these two
Your Hol Horse and M&M tube -fake twitter conversation is the thing that keeps me going for next day.
If you ever make more Hol content, you will make me happy.
Everyone who writes Alessi smut thinks he’s some kind of dom sadist sex god but in my heart I know he’s an awkward virgin. He would 100% lie and tell you he gets lots of action and then when you get down to it it’s painfully obvious he’s bluffing. Like sure he’s into sadism in theory but in practice he’s sweating buckets doing 5d chess trying to figure it out as he goes and hoping the porn he’s watched is accurate enough because he has to be in control of the situation all the time. This makes the dick 3000x times better btw.
I mean, I think it’s both. I think he’s a virgin sadist that has a lot of /ideas/ on what he wants but has no idea how to actually execute them. Like, he wants to tie someone up and throw them around liek a rag doll but the moment you brush his leg or something he’s gonna cream his pants and cry.
In my mind any relationship Devo would enter would have the same dynamic as Chucky and Tiff from the Child's Play series
Ideally? A villain power couple is so so fun. But then again, chucky had killed tiffiany and cursed her to also be a doll cause he was mad and wanted to be on equal standing, and yeah that also checks...
can't get over how YOUNG devo looks in crazy diamond demonic heartbreak. younger than HOL horse who was what, in his 30s? that's so sad. what kind of life did he have that he was already a prolific assassin and had such hateful eyes when he probably wasn't even 30 years old
20 year olds are just like that
I can't imagine any of their lives were particularly easy or ideal, though I find it likely that Devo was probably orphaned from a young age, though weither or not that was an accident only he could tell you for sure.
You've read tarot before?? We've never spoken, but I've been wanting to get into tarot reading for a while now, but I never know where to start!! My friend once brought me to a shop that sold tarot cards among other things, but I got big imposter syndrome and ended up not being able to make myself buy anything...
Yeah It was a hobby I had for a few good years, lots of weird stories. I only got into it because I was gifted a tarot deck and It felt weird just having it sit there unused. A good place to start is by keeping a notebook, there's so many cards you have to memorize, and you won't, plus they're all open to interpretation anyway, so just keep a list of notes down and consult it heavily.
Do you think Dio can get pregnant
I think dio would get an abortion
What's your take on N'Doul's psychology? I find him really interesting because on one hand you have a man who's very self-care about who he is and what he wants and genuinely confident in himself and his abilities, a la Toph from Avatar, but on the other hand he's also clearly in need of some external recognition and guidance (being loyal to DIO because he was the first person to acknowledge his worth, "the evil need an evil savior"). And of course there's his sense of honor in giving Jotaro a clue by revealing his Stand's nature after he defeated him. Idk I just find him surprisingly layered for such a minor villain.
I could have SWORN I wrote a stand analysis for him once but I cannot find it...
But yes I agree, n'doul has this very strong sense of pride and confidence in himself but also is loyally devoted to a person that I think even he acknowledges will probably fuck him over in the end. The Wicked Need A Wicked Savior sort of implies that DIO isn't all glory all the time, he's a very cruel and taking master, and being his follower doesn't warrant as many special privileges as one might think. It's all about capability and potential, and N'doul has a lot of that, he knows it, he's relied on it for so long. I don't think n'doul necessarily needed validation and purpose before he met Dio, but dio convinced him that he did.
Have you thought of a stand analysis for The Lovers? No pressure if you haven't really thought about it, but I think it kind of coincides with Steely Dan maybe wanting to have power over people in a way?? A stand pretty much built for manipulation and coercion, making it near impossible for his victim to retaliate because if they do, they're basically punished for it with the same (if not more painful) sensation
I could have sworn I have?? But oh well, there isn’t much more I can add that you haven’t said already . The lovers is actually an extremely abusive stand, and even its name is a nod to that. My tarot reading days tell me that the lovers card represents relationships: both healthy and abusive, and steely Dan is a textbook abuser. His stand is perfect for allowing him to physically, emotionally, and/or psychologically fuck with whoever he wants, and despite the fact that they techincally /can/ retaliate and defend themselves, the ‘repercussions’ keep them from doing so. It’s literally the fear that standing up for yourself will make things worse brought to life, and for an abuser that’s literally everything he could ever want. He doesn’t neeed to be actually powerful or strong or whatever, he just needs to be that to his victim. Steely Dan is one hundreds percent a gaslighter, a liar, a cheater, a theft, and probably a hitter too. He makes his means at the expense of other people
52 and 53!
52. If you could fight any character, who would it be?
-Rohan, I just really fucking hate that guy. I wanna deck him with a chair.
53. If you could hug any character, who would it be?
-There's so many options but i'm gonna go with captain tennille for person reasons
dio did WHAT now
Yeah he told her if she allowed him to turn her then he wouldn’t kill her baby, techincally he held true to his word
38, 43, 44, 45
38. Characters you wish could have interacted with each other?
-Aside from some of the minor villains talking with each other, I think having josuke meet dio would have been interesting.
43.Funniest Jojo moment?
-Honestly? It was kira getting run over by that fucking ambulance. It was so anticlimactic and dumb that it totally killed the tone for the final boss fight.
44. Saddest Jojo moment?
- Kar's being blasted into space simply because the concept of being stuck somewhere forever and unable to ever die is terrifying and it makes me sad to think about it. Same with terunosuke being turned into a book, its the over-the-top punishment that makes me sad on their behalf.
45.Scariest/creepiest Jojo moment?
-When dio tricked that woman into eating her baby I guess.
Oh! Why do you hate Kira?? I'm kind of in the same boat, I don't really find him compelling enough as a villain.
You know, im really not all that sure? As far as villains go he isn't a poorly written one, nor is he boring. He's a guy with a really weird, specific fetish and uses murder to fufill it, but instead of trying to blend in/hide within conventional society, he actually wants to be part of it. He wants two distinct livestyles that dont collide with each other. But im not sure if its just because part 4 was one of my least favorite parts, or its because of fandom thirst, his vibes just repell me from his character, If anything, I guess this part had to really jump through hoops to establish his role as the main antagonist, whereas all the other villains had a more personal connection to the protagonists and the story.
I'm so sorry for making you kill Alessi!! He did not(?) deserve that
I mean, he totally did, I won’t deny that.
