I was in Madison over the weekend and my Spocky BFF and I legit saw two wild turkeys hanging out at a bus stop. (We were driving by and there were a bunch of cars behind us, so we didn't manage to get a picture. 😭) Somehow, the resulting discussion devolved into, "What if that was Kirky Turkey and Spocky Turkey separated from the rest of the landing party?" and then "OMG it was Spirk Turkeys... SPIRKEYS trying to get to the Cetacean Institute!" and eventually my first officer commanded me to draw the scene since, you know, a photograph was not procured. I did my best to depict what I thought a half-Vulcan turkey might look like... 🤔 and I went with the San Francisco mass transit logo for the obvious Voyage Home jokes that I missed by drawing them with TOS-style uniforms feathers instead of their Whale Movie outfits.
*gobble gobble* "What does it mean, 'exact change'???" *gobble gobble gobble*
