Of Fragility and Beauty Kyoto, Japan Sanguine leaves litter the grounds of Okochi Senso Garden, their beauty not quite spent and their fragility contrasting with the coarse steps of the stone pathway. Autumn in Kyoto exceeded expectations as I often felt I was in a vivid painting exploding with colors that photographs cannot justify.
