Coron Palawan, Philippines Taken in 2014 on our best vacation to date, Coron truly is paradise on Earth. I’ve heard of the phrase, “you have to be a tourist in your own city/state/country to appreciate how beautiful it is”. I wish I explored the Philippines more when I still lived there. Now Josette and I make it a point to explore it more whenever we visit our families. Here is a photo of our tour boat, docked in one of the many islands of Palawan. It shows our tour guide preparing our lunch while Josette and I enjoyed the beach.
