Chokers should make a comeback 🙂! Here are some wire crochet chokers I made with different gems. The tree is wire wrapped and the band wire crocheted. For wire crocheting I used a metal hook size 2.5 mm, wire 0.3 mm, chain stitch. All available at my Etsy shop: https://jessyherc.etsy.com

I’m really like the earthy, rustic vibe of copper! 😊 Here’s a Tree bracelet I made by crocheting copper wire, and the stone is labradorite. I use coated wire, so no worries about it oxidizing. This is a tree pendant I made with an amethyst. Fun fact: amethysts were, until the 18th century, more expensive than diamonds, but after large deposits were discovered in Brazil, their value decreased significantly. I love crafting these wire crochet chokers. They have a magical, elven vibe :). Crocheting with wire sounds tricky, but it's basically the same as with yarn, just a bit harder on the fingers.
