I had read some time ago, and I should still have the screenshot, I have to find it in those two's folder, that the title Jerry wanted for the film was "The Gaysha Boy". But Paramount, of course, disagreed and forced Jerry to change the title to "The Geisha Boy". But that "Gei" stands for "gay". And since ONLY women in Japan wear kimono there should be no doubt what that "gay" means.
