Instrumental Favourite Whateverday - Part I
"Favourite" might be a strong word, but it's just too weird to not love.
This definitely stretches my definition of "instrumental", since it features vocals by Michael Crawford and Barbara Bonney for a short portion of the title song section - as if the spa lounge guitar and xylophone effects weren't enough spice.
Stephen Hill joins as Raoul for some equally strange few seconds in the suite's grand finale, AIAOY reprise, which features a theremin (!!) and some extremely rad electric guitar.
Also rather unique is the inclusion of Down Once More as well as portions of the Final Lair.
Quite a rare recording, it seems. I originally downloaded this file from a dodgy website in 2008, and haven't seen it online since.

One of my favorite POTO audios. The main cast - Gary Mauer, Jennifer Hope Wills and Michael Shawn Lewis - includes my two favorite performers in those roles (the third is just "tied" with 2 other actors for my favorite - LOL). This performance was on May 19, 2007.
My first time trying this, so I hope it works.

This is the complete original cast album of Ivan Jacobs Phantom of the Opera, the very first (known) English language Phantom musical adaptation.
Interestingly the first in which Erik wore a half mask.
The album unfortunately moves some songs around "Opera Biche" is far earlier in the show and "I Am Loved" should be the last song, when Christine returns to Erik.
