Though mainly working internationally as a coloratura soprano, she actually started her career as a violin playing dancer (!), and had her professional debut in Cats. Other musical theatre roles includes Cinderella in Into the Woods, Cunegondfe in Candide, The Abbess in Sound of Music, and Tell Me On A Sunday. In 2003 she graduated from the Royal Danish Opera Academy.
