Does anyone else ever think how arbitrary the days of the week are? Like. The fact that our lives are so deeply entrenched in their existence but mother nature doesn't know a Tuesday from a Saturday (in the grand scheme of things; notwithstanding our own habits and how those affect nature) but for a lot of us there is a HUGE difference between a Tuesday and a Saturday

They weren't always this important either but some group somewhere was like "this one will be Tuesday, and this one will be Wednesday" and kept keeping track collectively of which day of the week it was and here we are. Today could be a Thursday instead of a Wednesday if they lost count.
