The Arcade Game Skyscraper
On the occasion of Art Basel in Hong Kong, a light show inspired by arcade games is projected on the highest skyscraper of the city. Entitled “Same Old, Brand New”, this project by artist Cao Fei will be broadcast five times a night over the five days of the art exhibition. The projected visuals include the classic Pac-Man and Tetris.
Superheroes On Skyscrapers
Photographer Benjamin Von Wong wanted to capture superhero fearlessness without using any special effects and other green background. After recruiting people dressed as comic book characters, the artist placed them on the edge of a corner of a skyscraper in San Francisco to capture beautiful portraits.

Daniel Cheong’s surreal cityscape photos capture some of the world’s tallest skyscrapers engulfed in fog. The photographer stakes out incredible vantage points in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to shoot the tops of ghostly gray buildings as they puncture the thick carpet of fog.
ALEJANDRO CEGARRA'S "THE OTHER SIDE OF THE TOWER"
The Centro Financiero Confinanzas skyscraper aka the Tower of David, is the world’s tallest squat located in downtown Caracas, Venezuela. Abandoned for 20 years, the building serves as a home for over 3000 people, that is until this July after months of negations government officials have struck a deal to relocate the occupants into new social housing. For five months, three days a week, 24-year-old Venezuelan photographer Alejandro Cegarra documented the abandoned buildings inhabitants. He explains that the projects title The Other Side of the Tower comes from wanting to show that honest families who want a place to call home reside there, not just criminals.

The construction of miniature office buildings and skyscrapers by stacks of thousands of paper staples seems to be an interesting pastime for offices employees.
