These Are the Best Architecture Photos of 2020
Photographers around the world celebrated the glory of manmade architecture by uploading their work to the free AGORA photo app. Over 10,000 photographs were submitted to Agora’s latest photo contest, with photographers asked to share their best shots of unique architecture. In the end, Tran Tuan Viet took home the $1,000 top prize for his image of Vietnam’s Golden Bridge.

Astrophotographer Shoots 50,000 Photos to Create One Stunning Image of the Moon
Astrophotographer Andrew McCarthy proves that you don’t need a ton of fancy equipment to capture breathtaking images of our solar system. You just need ingenuity and meticulous attention to detail. One of his recent pieces highlights the crisp glowing features of the moon. Although presented as a single image, there was more to making this piece than meets the eye. To create it, McCarthy shot and combined a staggering 50,000 photos using two cameras, including an astrophotography camera that costs just $250.

The contest unites photographers from all over the world, passionated by nature and wildlife, specialized in landscape photography but most of all, careful about the environmental issue. These cliches show all the variety of point of view, highlighting different approaches and techniques to photography, sometimes more spontaneous and sometimes more artistically retouched. However, all the images make us reflect about the fragile beauty of our planet and the climate emergency. The great winner of this edition is the Canadian Adam Gibbs, who offer us incredible shoots of Canadian forest with no post-production effects. His photographs are naturally stunning and are full of a spiritual atmosphere, showing all the love this reporter has for the environment of his region.
