Joel Miller / Negan Smith Comparisons
I keep seeing people making comparisons between Joel Miller and Rick Grimes, but honestly, I always thought with their backgrounds Joel has so much more in common with Negan. I’m not saying they are completely alike because they aren’t, but looking at the timelines of their stories they are very similar. They both lost the person they loved the most at the beginning of their apocalypses. It drove them both to join groups that took people’s things where they killed innocent people. They were both feared and considered shitty people. This is mentioned multiple times in the game by people like Bill, Tess, Tommy, etc. Tess telling Joel they are shitty people. The people in the town being scared of Joel. Tommy saying he had nightmares for years about the things that Joel made them to do in order to survive. Bill saying normal people scare him and Joel should know that better than anyone. Joel saying he was part of groups like the one that attacked him and Ellie, making it clear to the fact he killed innocent people. They both were strong and feared by many. Both of their redemption arcs were them getting close to a young girl(s) in need of a father figure. Now you don’t have to agree with me, that’s fine. But there are seriously so many similarities and they are both my two favorite characters. I probably liked Negan more because he did remind me of a smartass Joel. I definitely have a thing for morally gray characters. That’s for sure. The biggest difference between the two (for me) is that Joel was the protagonist and started his story off with his redemption (so to speak) and Negan came in as an antagonist and his story took time to progress. So yeah, I see more similarities in Joel/Negan than I do in Joel/Rick. If you don't agree with me, please avoid attacking me as it's just my opinion.
I forgot to post these the other day when I made them. After The Walking Dead finale, I really enjoyed the whole compass scene between Negan and Judith. Their friendship was one of my favorite things so I wanted to make a poster in order to kind of celebrate their friendship that they had. I wish they would have done more with it.
If you like one of these posters, you can also order these from my etsy shop if you are interested:
I was requested by a few people to make more TWD Character poster to add to my set, so I went ahead and did them! I just thought I would share.
All of these are available for Pre-Order if anyone is interested on my etsy shop!
I made this poster for the finale of The Walking Dead featuring some of the most iconic characters of all time on it. If you are interested in purchasing one of my prints, you can check out the link below.
In honor of Andrew Lincoln's birthday I thought I would share with you my newest minimalist design that I made for Grimes family after being inspired by the announcement of their show.

NEGAN MEETS JUDITH FOR THE FIRST TIME The Walking Dead: Season 7, Episode 7 - Sing Me A Song
It was very drippy before. Was it drippy? That’s okay. It’s a… I’m gonna make it into a heart. Okay, that’s fine. That’s fine. Go ahead. It’s dripping from the heart. It’s okay. ‘Cause the heart’s so full.
Judith
Brutal honesty? I think she's better than Carl in every way possible. I couldn't stand Carl until the last season or two that he was on the show. Judith is smart, she's sweet, she's a badass. She is definitely her mother's daughter and Michonne taught her well. I think she's a wonderful character. Her heart is big and she is so brave. Much braver than some of the other characters on the show. Overall, Judith is an awesome little girl and her parents (Rick & Michonne) raised her very well. She's a lot like both of them.
I made some of these a while ago and thought I would finish them. I think everyone who knows me knows that my fancast for Joel was Jeffrey Dean Morgan. I truly think he would have made one hell of a Joel with his range and how much (in my opinion) he looks like Joel. I know it would have never happened because he is still playing Negan, but he was definitely my number one choice for Joel. When I play the video game he’s definitely the actor I associate him with/picture. This isn’t to say that I dislike Pedro Pascal. I look forward to seeing what kind of Joel he can deliver us considering Joel is my favorite character of all time. But Jeff was definitely my Joel when I pictured him before the tv show.
