help me out here I've never been good at running but through a lot of high intensity cardio I've gotten fast. only issue is don't have stamina for shit. I can hit high speeds but can't maintain running even at low speeds. Please help
Sure dude, There are Plenty of ways to get your stamina up @imalwayscranky
1) Sleep, this is the simplest way we get tired not getting enough sleep. To perform at the max potential get 7-9 hours of sleep everynight. It really takes a toll on your body and getting enough helps stamina
2) Bring up BOTH Cardiovascular endurance and Muscular endurance
Endurance helps you go longer and farther and having a healthy set of muscles and lungs does wonders for training. Build muscular endurance by doing calisthenics like pullups, pushups and bodysquats\
then build endurance for your heart and lungs by doing some cardio, run, swim, jump rope, dance etc just stay active for at least 30minutes
These 2 things help build stamina tremendously, so keep them in mind. You’ve told me you are fast in Bursts, so you got the true makings of a sprinter which is great for darting and racing. but to build up your stamina focus on Moderate intense cardio for about 30 minutes. Something that challenges you and you keep pushing forward. Even if you get tired after 5 minutes, the next time you do that cardio go for 6 minutes, then 8, then 10 then 15 and Always keep pushing yourself past your limits. Dont try to quit,
You’re already in pain, you’re already hurt by doing this cardio taxing your lungs and muscles so you can either
Give up right then and there and stop your pain
or keep going and get a reward out of the pain.
Thats the only way to get Truly stronger my friend

No spoilers here but I have to say There are A LOT of parts that Akira Toriyama just expects you to know. Like Jaco The Galactic Patrol man and certain aspects of the characters. Also the absence of Buu, Goten and Trunks was really lame and even Android 18 had a moment like (you know if I was there they’d be grass) and im thinkin the same thing. Some parts were really rushed through and it felt like there was a Good chunk before hand that was an entirely different movie that I missed. Though Im pretty damn sure thats what DragonBall Super is for. Filling the gap between this movie and Battle of Gods(even though it takes place before BoG). Overall though I enjoyed the film and it was really Hilarious haha. Def go see it in theaters (or watch it on Youtube in spanish with english subs like I just did)
August 4th in AMERICAN Theaters?!?!?! WHO WANTS to Be my Date to this to see it in theaters haha Saw Battle of Gods Last year and it was packed I can only fathom this! BOOYAH!

You have no idea….
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again There are many anime shows out there that I say have waaayyy better stories (FMA brotherhood, Attack on Titan, Cowboy Bebop, etc) than DBZ but it all comes down to this. As a kid I was severly picked on by buff kids because I was a chubby anime fanboy. they would make fun of my dbz shirts and say I would never look like them and then they slapped me around trying to test me, Beat me up, and just made fun of me. I’d come home and feel so horrible but then I would watch Toonami and DBZ and seeing a character like Goku who was buff and strong but so kind and treat everyone he was stronger than with respect and as equals really touched me. I wanted to be just like him so I said if I ever got strong and buff I’d be just like him. Basically DBZ was there when i needed it . when i was just so depressed and I will always love it over any other anime I see just for that. I will love this show until my soul travels on.
