Jax I have a question when it comes to cheat days. When you do a cheat day for your photoshoots how often do you do it? Do you do one once a week or are you completely zen. Big fan of your stuff so curious.
Oh sure no problem. So if I’m trying to get Sexy Lean for a Photoshoot like this? With the square chin and lean stomach
What I typically do is this. I STILL Have a CHEAT DAY Cause it does boost the metabolism and leptin levels like I’ve mentioned in several posts before!
But I only have one for every 3 lbs of fat I drop.
So if I’m like 170 and the next time I weigh myself I’m 167.
I’m having a cheat day
If I’m 167 and get down to 166 then no cheat day.
But if its just me maintaining like my profile picture or right here
Then I’m still having a cheat day either once a week or once every 2 weeks. Cause the thing is this, after eating healthy for a while and I don’t mean DIETING, I mean just eating healthy nutritious tasty foods ya sorta have to force yourself to want a cheat day cause the body will adapt and certain foods will make ya sick since you went so long without having them which honestly isn’t a bad thing in my book.
Like for me after eating clean for a while I don’t really care for greasy, fatty or overly sugary foods so sometimes I just have refeed days where I eat a maintenance level of calories instead of a cheat day.
Most of the time I enjoy healthy tasty balanced meals and sometimes I want to inhale a truck of donuts. Its about balance.
