Something I’ve learned from years of doing Fitness Stuff on YouTube.

No matter who you are and how great of shape you are in, You WILL ALWAYS BE SCRUTINIZED for your physique no matter what lmfao xD

For instance

A) When you're BULKING UP/Adding Muscle to your Frame: 

Oh They are clearly on Steroids OR they’re just getting fat

B) When you're Trimming down and GETTING LEAN: 

Oh they're definitely losing their Gainz they are so much scrawnier than they used to be They look so skinny compared to before.

and of course

 C-When you Actually get that DECENT FIT BOD: 

They have certain muscles on them which are really lacking, They should do some Bodybuilding and make their physique Great overall.

The Biggest thing I’ve learned from all these years of training is something an old college professor told me. YOU GOTTA DO Fitness for yourself, Not the approval of others and what they think you should look like But how you personally want to look and what makes you feel the most confident in yourself.  Always focus on that and being the BEST YOU CAN BE and whatever aesthetic you find that works for you, Keep at it and stick with it. I’m still quite a ways from reaching my personal fitness goals but in this world of constant scrutiny over WHAT YOU SHOULD LOOK LIKE, you should really look and see what makes you feel the most comfortable and confident when you look at yourself Butt Naked every morning :) 

Just a lil rant session but Im back on The Grind in the morning

Does building muscle also help you build some strength?

Yes of course. Theres this sad Misconception that Bodybuilders are weak because they train primarily to build muscle to look good. For more aesthetics than Athletic purposes so of course compared to Powerlifters, Strongmen, or Pro Armwrestlers WHO ACTIVELY TRAIN to be stronger as their main goal they can get outclassed.

BUT DON’T EVER think Bodybuilders are weak. 

Lifting weights will MOST DEFINITELY GET you stronger. ESPECIALLY in general compared to folks who don’t do anything whatsoever and while different rep ranges hold different results for quite a few people the Sweet spot for building muscle on average has always been around 8-12 reps where muscle failure is about to be hit. REMEMBER Muscles GROW from TIME UNDER TENSION as I’ve made entire posts of before but yea Lifting weights or doing ANY RESISTANCE work will most definitely get you stronger than you are now. But it really comes down to what kind of training protocol you are following.

SO you can have those type of arms that show you’ve been single for 27 years ;P

So today at the gym I saw a man who was getting a bunch of odd stares from people. He was headbobbing, air guitaring and air drumming to his iPod while working out, not caring what anyone thought as long as he was havin fun during his workout. I recognized him and knew the man....it was me. Having an awesome time shredding fat on the HIIT bike. Don't care what others think as long as you get it in and have fun! ALSO IT KICKS SO MUCH ASS TO HAVE THESE BIKES WITH PILOT HANDLES! Like Legit I was blaring so much epic Star Wars and Movie Soundtracks on On my iPod getting HYPE into my imagination 😂 #hiit h

Quick question, everytime I do a cheat day after 6 days of eating healthy i feel sick and have diarrhea or constipation or just stomach pain on monday when I try to go back to the working out. I want to indulge and enjoy my cheat day but I don't like the painful feeling that I get and I might just stop doing them all together. Is that okay? or is there a way for me to indulge without the pain?

Can't spell Legendary without Leg Day 🤙🏾😎👌🏾 my Legs have always been my 2nd favorite body parts after Goliath 😏 but what cracks me up is they are a sheer byproduct of my Training because I don't do many weight lifting with them tbh 😅 they help me jump good, run fast, Sparta kick hard so I love em 😎
