Well if you read the comic the Death Of Deadpool
The way they kill him off is that he is Sandwiched between the colliding earths of the 616 universe and the Ultimate Universe
But of course comic book laws govern that he will be revived but that was a death
Buu tanks explosions like that and then just regenerates and blows himself up again
Not to mention Buu outclasses Deadpool, in strength, speed, stamina, endurance, agility etc

I just love the fact that he was just an insane force of nature you couldn’t reason with.
Frieza and Cell were cool for what they were but Buu when he got like this there was no stopping him. The second he came forth he actually blew up the earth he didnt talk or yap about it, he just did it. He was just a Mad Dog set lose and he wouldn’t stop beating you until you were just a breathing hunk of meat left on the ground.
Also I friggin adored when he beat his chest. For his insanity, and Unlimited power, and most definitely lack of empathy.
