Cartoon/Anime/Video Game/ Comic Book workouts Master post

Yo Dudes and Dudettes I’ve just made my 15th Episode of my Youtube Series Tough like the Toonz where I make Workout routines based on my favorite Fictional characters. I used to Be bullied and beaten up for being chubby and loving Geeky things but I always thought it was cool that these characters either Trained so Hard to become the badasses they are or Just stood tall above the rest. And since they became Awesome I wanted to take myself from the weak Chubby anime fanboy getting bullied to a stronger version of myself 

and Nowadays I’m a College Grad & Certified Personal Trainer (available for Hire at [email protected]) and while I made this

 I wanted to share these as well Through

“Nerd/Fictional Fitness

” as my sensei

put it. So Im just making this Post so when I make new ones I can find them :) Because I really like the idea of people being more active and

realizing that your favorite fictional characters can be some of the Best MOTIVATION ever ;)

Would Kid Goku's Training Work in Real Life?

Today we go back to Dragon Ball and we evaluate some more classic Training our spiky haired protagonist Goku went through as a child. Specifically we will be lookin at the Climbing to Korin Temple Training and the 3 years of Traveling the world Goku did after reviving Upa's father Bora. He made substantial strength, speed, stamina, and endurance Gainz 

but how effective would that be in real life? Well today we use exercise science to analyze how effective it would be!!
