After a while of working out and training injuries are common, Your form may be perfect but somewhere along the line injuries come and can lead to depression for a lot of folks. 

Well today I share my story of how to deal with them, heal them and prevent them from happening again and come back with Zenkai Boosts of strength.

HOW TO HAVE FUN WITH NO FRIENDS!!

NOT LIKE THAT you PERVs! But some people feel lonely are like they cant have fun without others. Or some are loners and just want to have fun by themselves so I decided to make this video 

Real talk though this video is FOR ANYONE who’s ever FELT SAD, DEPRESSED, LONELY or Isolated I hope this helps you out

depression tips™

  • shower. not a bath, a shower. use water as hot or cold as u like. u dont even need to wash. just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. sit on the floor if you gotta.
  • moisturize everything. use whatever lotion u like. unscented? dollar store lotion? fancy ass 48 hour lotion that makes u smell like a field of wildflowers? use whatever you want, and use it all over. 
  • put on clean, comfortable clothes. 
  • put on ur favorite underwear. cute black lacy panties? those ridiculous boxers u bought last christmas with candy cane hearts on the butt? put em on.
  • drink cold water. use ice. if u want, add some mint or lemon for an extra boost.
  • clean something. doesn’t have to be anything big. organize one drawer of ur desk. wash five dirty dishes. do a load of laundry. scrub the bathroom sink. 
  • blast music. listen to something upbeat and dancey and loud, something that’s got lots of energy. sing to it, dance to it, even if you suck at both.
  • make food. don’t just grab a granola bar to munch. take the time and make food. even if it’s ramen. add something special to it, like a hard boiled egg or some veggies. prepare food, it tastes way better, and you’ll feel like you accomplished something. 
  • make something. write a short story or a poem, draw a picture, color a picture, fold origami, crochet or knit, sculpt something out of clay, anything artistic. even if you don’t think you’re good at it.
  • go outside. take a walk. sit in the grass. look at the clouds. smell flowers. put your hands in the dirt and feel the soil against your skin.
  • call someone. call a loved one, a friend, a family member, call a chat service if you have no one else to call. talk to a stranger on the street. have a conversation and listen to someone’s voice. if you can’t, text or email or whatever, just have some social interaction with another person. even if you don’t say much, listen to them.
  • cuddle your pets if you have them/can cuddle them. take pictures of them. talk to them. tell them how u feel, about your favorite movie, a new game coming out.

What do you do to make yourself feel better when/ if you ever get angry

I have a routine for when I’m really depressed cause it happens every week sadly from personal reasons I wont get into but what usually helps me is these 5 things

1) Working out/Exercise: 

makes me feel stronger, more confident, and makes me really love and appreciate my body that I’ve earned. Theres this phenomenal quote by Socrates that I printed out and have on my ceiling which says

and that motivates me everyday to be the best me I can be. I’m not in competition with anyone else but my self and for that I love Working out and what it does for me and when Im angry I workout Harder

2) I make Delicious Food

Not to toot my own horn but I’m a pretty damn good cook so cooking is therapeutic and relaxing for me so I do that often and it helps me with my Maintain physique as well

3) PUNS, F*CKIN PUNS, 

I have an addiction to puns, like if you’re that person who tells a really crappy pun. I will laugh it. Puns crack me up like I will go look up or think of my own types of puns and they make me Joker Laugh HARD every time to many of my friend’s dismay they think i should be put in a Remote location

4) I meditate EVERY SINGLE DAY!

this has helped me so much because I honestly for YEARS i have issues with anger and snapping at folks I cared about and i lost one of my closest friends from it so I decided to make a change in my life and I started meditating every day for a minimum of 10-30 minutes and my god it has helped me so much with focus, with the rage i have inside, with my depresssion and many things so I’m grateful i started doing it

5) talking to friends and family

Like Family is great and they’ll always be there but legit I think its important to have some friends you can vent to about anything. Its so helpful having someone who cares about you and wants the best for you be the friendly ear. So that helps me or just chatting with folks, catching up and having a laugh is super fun and important and cheers me up All the time.

So workout, laugh, chill with people you care about, Eat some tasty food but not too much or you’ll gain weight and spend time with folks who matter the most to ya

Sure, its weird another one of my friends was having a rough day on Facebook so I sent them something similar. but here we go

Today may be painful and you may feel down but dont despair when Life turns up for the positive you’ll feel great again. 

Thats the thing about Sadness and anger they make you really appreciate when your life goes well. 

So Im sending you good vibes and hugs. This too shall pass, it may pass like a goddamn kidney stone but it will pass and put you on the path to something better. And heres something that literally always makes me smile but dont tell anyone cause I gotta stay Manly and shit

I know what I’ve done is a good thing for people who’ve been bullied, but I feel guilty I’m getting all this attention xD I don’t really consider myself famous but if I can spread positivity through my passion then its all good.  My Goal in life is to be the best I can be. When I workout and train and push myself to limits and beyond and with each new step I feel like I’ve greatly ascended past what I thought was possible. When I was a chubby anime fanboy getting beaten up daily I felt helpless

and had no outlet to make myself better but with Fitness a whole new world has opened to me.

Now there are levels I can never dream to attain since they require Drugs and I wanted to see how far I can go naturally and thats what its about, Becoming the best me possible,

I don’t workout for people to admire me

I workout because I genuinely enjoy the affects it has on me.

And if I can find a way to share and pass my enthusiasm to train onto others and make their lives better then I know it will all be worth it. It be nice to have a ton of people respect me for what I do but at the end of the day I do it because its fun. Thats a main reason I made my Youtube channel Its fun and I enjoy making people laugh and feel better about themselves haha

Another anon messaged me on dealing with Sadness and Depression and I can try and give you some tips.

While I am a Happy person most of the time I have a lot of things that bring me down. Quite a few things this year have made me feel like a shit stain. Some of it is well deserved I can admit.

BUT I cannot COMPLETELY focus on the Badness

Now as Inside Out can teach you sadness is a good emotion and without it we couldnt really appreciate all the good in our lives.

As a matter of FACT SOUTH PARK had a Great way of looking at being sad and depressed when life gets rough that I always watch. Butters’ Speech is Great

and what he says is Right. What I do when I feel sad is I literally count all the good stuff I still have in my life.

  1. I have a Loving family who will always be there for me
  2. I have a ton of friends I know I can vent to and laugh with when shit has crushed me
  3. I have the ability to workout and train because some people don’t have that luxury
  4. and this one not trying to sound conceited but I have LITERALLY thousands of people who follow me and tell me I’m their inspiration or that, seeing me makes their day, or lthey love my advice 

All those things show why I’m grateful so find what YOU ARE happy for

What do you like?

What makes you smile?

What makes you laugh?

What makes you feel good without a negative side effect?

Ask yourself all these questions and REALLY try to answer them honestly and you’ll be on the right path to becoming a happier person.

Then we sit back and remember we used to have that same self doubt. I remember when I met a young boy who was too shy to talk to girls or even take off his shirt at the pool. A few months of mentoring and time in the gym, and he felt comfortable posing shirtless. But I remember he still didn't want to play football for the school- saying that he "wasn't big enough." Then someone reminded him that he's only "not big enough" if he LETS himself BELIEVE hes "NOT BIG ENOUGH." A few months later I left that friend behind and moved, and saw him put on a football uniform. A few years later I saw a kid who would hardly talk to anyone become a well known internet celebrity who little kids would walk up to at conventions and say, "Look mom, its Jaxblade, hes a bodybuilder!" Then a year after that, that same kid who once watched 300 and looked at the actors' abs with envy (because he wasn't able to ever get lean enough to have abs because he would routinely eat his parents entire kitchen pantry) was able to finally find it within himself to have the necessary discipline to get the body he wanted. As the bodybuilder Tom Platz once said, "If you fully believe you will be successful and can visualize yourself being successful, you will receed." Forget all of the self-doubt, the negativity, the comparisons with other people, the pessimism. Have no fear if failure. If you fail, you come back harder next time. As Mr. Platz also reminds us, "Do not FAIL, do not QUIT, you cannot be a loser. Win is everything... you MUST win." Keep fighting bro.
