Basically my plan every cheat day is to eat until I hate myself so the rest of the week I want to be dieting.
I like to wake up early on #CheatDay so I can FEED Longer 😶
Jax I have a question when it comes to cheat days. When you do a cheat day for your photoshoots how often do you do it? Do you do one once a week or are you completely zen. Big fan of your stuff so curious.
Oh sure no problem. So if I’m trying to get Sexy Lean for a Photoshoot like this? With the square chin and lean stomach
What I typically do is this. I STILL Have a CHEAT DAY Cause it does boost the metabolism and leptin levels like I’ve mentioned in several posts before!
But I only have one for every 3 lbs of fat I drop.
So if I’m like 170 and the next time I weigh myself I’m 167.
I’m having a cheat day
If I’m 167 and get down to 166 then no cheat day.
But if its just me maintaining like my profile picture or right here
Then I’m still having a cheat day either once a week or once every 2 weeks. Cause the thing is this, after eating healthy for a while and I don’t mean DIETING, I mean just eating healthy nutritious tasty foods ya sorta have to force yourself to want a cheat day cause the body will adapt and certain foods will make ya sick since you went so long without having them which honestly isn’t a bad thing in my book.
Like for me after eating clean for a while I don’t really care for greasy, fatty or overly sugary foods so sometimes I just have refeed days where I eat a maintenance level of calories instead of a cheat day.
Most of the time I enjoy healthy tasty balanced meals and sometimes I want to inhale a truck of donuts. Its about balance.

Hey Jax-sensei! Quick question, everytime I do a cheat day after 6 days of eating healthy i feel sick and have diarrhea or constipation or just stomach pain on monday when I try to go back to the working out. I want to indulge and enjoy my cheat day but I don't like the painful feeling that I get and I might just stop doing them all together. Is that okay? or is there a way for me to indulge without the pain?

How does one cheat day correctly?
I’m just going to tell you how my teacher taught me to do it effectively for benefiting the body and enjoying the day instead of feeling sick the next day
Cheat Day Protocol
- 6 consecutive Days a week so 6 days in a row Eat Healthy and Clean foods (stay strict with your nutrition and remember you may want junk food throughout the week but on this 1 day a week you get to eat AS MUCH Greasy, Sugary, Savory etc Food you want. Also remember food tastes way better when you earn it. And if you eat junk throughout the week it loses its specialness so if you only pizza once a week It tastes better and you can eat as much as you want.
- On the day of your cheat day make sure to eat a really healthy breakfast like oatmeal, fruit and veggies. If you start your cheat eating junk right away you’re just gonna make yourself sick and you want be able to enjoy the day so Always eat that healthy meal for starters.
- At the end of the cheat day be sure to eat or drink a big serving of green vegetables, flax seed, and chia seeds. This helps you prevent yourself from being constipated if you overate a lot of crap and also lets you feel healthy and satisfied at the end of the day instead of just sick out of your mind.
And thats how you have a good cheat day. For me personally its just a mental day off and where I get to be like the average person because I dont focus on my diet, counting calories, my workout etc its just a nice mental day off to relax.

I eat clean and healthy 5-6 days a week
and I have a FULL Cheat DAY (from when i wake up to 12:00am) on Friday
and a Big Cheat Meal (just a big feast type deal) on Saturday
I was wondering since you cant eat Fast Food anymore. What do you do for Cheat Days? Since you have keep your leptin levels in check right
Yeah I do, and I still have quite the appetite so what I personally do is I cook at home. You see not trying to brag but Im a pretty damn good cook when it comes to healthy foods.

Cheddar Biscuits
I JUST MADE This Awesome Multi Grilled Cheese on Buttered Italian Sandwich last Friday WHICH WAS BOMBSKIS

Or I just make a Dinner with Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, Gravy etc for my savory foods
For desserts I eat Ice Cream, Cookies, Brownies, Donuts, Chocolate and Cakes
And then Afterwards I feel nice and full
Unlike when I eat Fast Food cause 3 hours later I just end up
Cooking is fun too :)
Going to bed Early. So I can Exercise early Just cause I really WANT Chocolate Chip Pancakes and Pizza for Cheat dAy tomorrow. I've been super strict on my Diet and Training Regiment these last few weeks to get Beach Body ready and I've been Craving Pancakes and Pizza all week! and thats the awesome thing about only eating fun foods once week. IT TASTES SOOOOOO MUCH BETTER. Like if ya had Pizza Everyday it would lose its speciality but once a week for a feast OHHHHH dont get me started
