my main Inspiration for gettin Lean these last few months. THE KING
2 months out of physical therapy for tendon issues in the elbows and feeling better day after day, today’s workout was great and for the first time in 9 months I was able to rep pull-ups again without PAIN! PT had me work up doing pulldowns and bandwork but this made me ecstatic , this whole process of slowly rebuilding my body from the ground up the right way without ego has not only made me feel better but healthier over all. For years I felt like I was never good enough & constantly OVERWORKED/OVERSTRAINED myself because I wanted to prove my worth to people who didn’t give a damn about me cause I wanted to be accepted , led to MANY Stupid injuries because my mental health I neglected Constantly. But now I’m taking things slowly & not focusing on anyone but myself. A quote I found recently that I Love is “I have come to the conclusion no matter what, there will always be people out there that will try to make you feel like the choices you make, your ideals, your image is never good enough. Do what is right by you and life will be better.” & that’s what I’m pushing for 1% better each day 💪🏾😌☯️🏋🏾🥊🥋💦 #fitness #health
