So even though Skele loves his S/O to the moon and back, all couples fight. Sometimes petty squabbles, and sometimes real big ones. S/O and Skele have one of the latter.
How does Skele react in a heated argument? And how would they make up with their S/O when heads have been cleared and tempers checked? Would the tactics change if it turns out Skele was actually in the wrong? And what if it was S/O who was at fault?
Macaw- He holds grudges. Even if he's wrong, he'll hold a grudge. S/O will have to be patient with him, let him work it out a bit. Don't push but don't drop him either. Just be patient, he's stubborn lol. He'll give dirty looks and be grumpy but he's just dense.
Lupo- He's the one to keep his voice steady and drop the argument if both sides are getting too heated. Though if things get heated to a certain point, he might go for another way of uhm... solving arguments. Sometimes you just need a little 'exercise' to get that energy out. But when they're both cooled off he'll apologize none the less and offer to talk it out. He'll be more smug if he's right though...
Falcon- Once he gets going he's *going*. Raising his voice, making himself look bigger, meaner. Growling and magic sparking. But after they've cooled off, he's ready to hold his s/o and apologize, and do anything to make up for it. Even if he was right, he doesn't like using scare tactics on his loved ones.
Jackal- Keeps his voice steady even as he's riled up. But you can tell from the shaking and clenched fists. When he's fully snapped, he just stops and turns away with a growl. He doesn't want to yell, but he will if pushed further. And he'll make sure his words *hurt*. It'll take him time to admit to his faults, and lord help you if he was *right*.
Jay- Gets heated fast, yells and waves his hands around, rolls his eyelights. He's so determined to be the one in the right. If it gets to be too much, he'll turn and leave with a huff to train and spar. And he's not going to drop it. Anytime it's brought up he'll get fighty again. If he's wrong, his sense of justice at LEAST makes him feel guilty enough to apologize and offer ways to make up for his behavior. But if he's right? He's never letting that go.
Fox- You're really gonna argue with him? Gonna yell at him? Make him cry? You *monster*. He's such a pushover, he might try and argue a little but when he gets angry he cries. If he's wrong, well he's already feeling bad about arguing. If he's right? He still feels bad lol.
Crow- Will start to hide behind his old 'Tiny Tyrant' facade. He'll use an even, detached tone, standing straight and stiff. When he and S/O part, he'll quickly hide in his room to cry it out. After some time, even if it's unknown who's right or wrong, he'll still set up a nice Spoil The Mate Day as an apology. If he's right, he doesn't care. He'll still want to hold his loved one and make it clear he's sorry.
Hound- Smirks and uses a sarcastic tone, slowly building into angry scowls and snide remarks that dig too deep. He'll often do one or two then turn away to go smoke outside and calm down. If he's right, he shrugs it off. If they're right, he apologizes... but really wait a day and if it wasn't anything life threatening, he just won't care anymore. Water under the bridge. If brought up he'll grimace and be embarrassed and apologize for his behavior.
Vulture- If he's arguing at all, it's over S/O's health and safety. He doesn't care how tough they think they are, he's going to keep them safe and that is *final*. And he's perfectly fine using more underhanded tactics to do so. He doesn't care who's actually right or wrong, far as he's concerned, he's right in keeping them protected.
Hyena- Much like Vulture, he's only going to argue or fight if S/O is being unhealthy or endangering themself. He'll play argue over small things, but never really care enough to fight outright. Hell even if S/O tries to argue with him on their safety, he'll just stop and grin, before picking S/O up and confining them with ropes and locks. He'll take good care of you! While you're in Time Out🧡
Robin- You poor unfortunate soul. Why did you pick a fight with him? He's not against physically punishing a feisty pet. In the end, he's always right. And S/O may or may not be around anymore.
Dingo- He gets it, Mate is mad. But no need for yelling. Here, he can make Mate calm again. Just breathe in the red haze, it's alright... just sleep...
