A completely canon drawing of how Juliett and Emmanuel met

#oc#my ocs#juliett#emmanuel#barbie meme#They met in sort of like a holding cell? of a space police station or whatever#juliett was there for whatever reason. I don’t think she needs a reason to be there#Emmanuel was there because him and his crew hunted a creature that was probably under protection by some laws of this sector of space#which they didn’t know or they wouldn’t have taken the job#and so he got arrested as the captain of the crew#this whole storyline is from a dream I had where I got to play Juliett in a Star Wars ttrpg which was very fun#the actual session didn’t last very long because we didn’t even get through the character introductions before the group fell apart#But in the dream Juliett and her new friend got to have some adventures at least: they went to a museum which later got attacked by zombies#and this was around the time when H’esper in HR Aerois died so there was a whole calamity because he died and Quill was REALLY sad about it#so he sort of became evil and tried to destroy the world or something#but Juliett and her new friend got out of it fairly unscathed and when I woke up I decided to make him a new oc#because Juliett needed a friend who owns a space ship because she can’t drive (or fly) a space ship herself

#Star Wars au#star wars#juliett#emmanuel#oc#my ocs#I haven’t played Jedi Fallen Order in a while but I think there’s a crashed ship that you can explore there as well?#I really want to go there now!#Anyway this is another one of Juliett’s new outfits! I like this one as well but the other one is my favourite#This was really fun to draw!#Also pro tip: if you want to draw a background but don’t want to deal with annoying perspective grids just make up the perspective yourself#Apparently this works! I guess this was just really simple one point perspective so it’s not a big deal if some lines are off#So yeah! Really fun! Making it all up probably won’t work on complex backgrounds but I don’t draw anything complex anyway so it’s fine!

So many buttons#I left lots of space for the controls in the sketch but I didn’t really think about what to put there#So: buttons#But this is a big ship that can’t manoeuvre around as much anyway#So it doesn’t need fancy controls anyway. Buttons will do#Also just because I couldn’t find any good reference of Star Wars spaceship controls#But I was watching Star Wars resistance and they mostly had buttons there as well so it’s fine

I finally got around to drawing Juliett’s spaceship captain friend’s crew! These probably aren’t all of them, but these are the main crew members that don’t get switched out a lot. also!! Look at the little droid on the left!! Isn’t he adorable! I designed him all by myself!!

My boy, the captain! He usually doesn’t leave the ship when his crew go do their work, but when a monster is trying to eat your ship, you kind of have to.

D:#and questioned the lineart for a while as well#I’m sure if I spent more time on this I could make it better but I don’t want to anymore#anyway#Emmanuel is the captain of a ship and his crew are like exterminators but like for bigger Star Wars monsters#for example#you’re trying to start your mining operation in an asteroid back up again#but you notice that one of those big asteroid worms from Star Wars IV is living in your asteroid!! annoying#and Emmanuels crew are there to help you get rid of stuff like that

Juliett doesn’t have to take space public transport anymore, she’s now got a friend who has a spaceship, yay!! :D (yes he dresses like he’s the captain of an actual ship, yes we all know it’s odd, no he doesn’t want to dress differently) Also, there are a lot of plants on his ship!

#my art#oc#my ocs#Juliett#Emmanuel#star wars au#I just think there should be more Star Wars spaceships with plants because I think it’d be nice.#I see your point of there not being enough sunlight#and that plants from different planets might need different kinds of light#but it’s Star Wars it doesn’t have to make sense#also this guy’s spaceship has different types of lamps in the different parts of the spaceship#and these lamps are specialised on what kind of light the plants in that room need#he takes good care of the plants okay?
