Omg he totally would…. Chris would totally be into this! I need to write some headcanons for this…
● His kids would come running into the bedroom on Saturday morning, jumping on him and begging him to get up
● “Shh, don’t wake Mommy!”
● He’d pull on his warm sweatshirt and follow his kids out to the couch, turning on their favorite show
● The kids would spread their tiny bodies on the couch along with Dodger, giggling and telling him, “There’s no room for you, daddy!”
● He’d over dramatically groan before picking them up effortlessly and making them giggle while he laid down on the couch while the kids snuggled up on him
● They’d all be laughing at the cartoons but being so comfortable on the early Saturday morning with the warm little bodies of his kids snuggle up on him would make him drift off to sleep
● You’d walk out to find Chris fast asleep as the kids watched their show and you’d put a warm blanket over them
● “Mommy, can you turn the volume up? Daddy’s snoring too loud”

You push through the back door, your hands full of grocery bags, “Guys?” you call, closing the door with your foot, “Guys?”
You’re met by silence. Dodger bounds around the corner seconds later as you move into the kitchen and place the bags on the table. He jumps up onto you, pushing you back a few steps as he nuzzles into your chest. You scratch his head and behind his ears before cupping his snout in your hands, “Hey bubs. Where are those boys of ours, huh?”
A loud crash sounds seconds later, sending you and Dodger’s heads towards the ceiling. A string of curse words then float towards you, followed by heavy footsteps, and then two deep, irritated voices.
You glance back down at Dodger and pat his head, “Found ‘em.”
You skip up the stairs with Dodger in tow and head toward the open door of the attic. Steve and Bucky’s voices grow louder as you move closer and you can’t help the smile that creeps onto your face. You peek inside and let out a small laugh, covering your face with your hands as the two men argue back and forth.
This is hotter than Satan’s toenail.

A thousand questions filled Chris’ mind when he pulled into the driveway and saw the front bumper of the car crunched. Instantly his mind went to Nina and wondered if she was alright. His phone had died at work and the thought of her being in an accident and not being able to get a hold of him was too much for him to handle and he ran into the house at top speed.
“Nina! Babe, are you alright?” He called out once he whipped the door open. “What happened?”
Chris stopped short when he got into the living room and he found his family. Nina was saying something to Logan and had her hands on his shoulders while the other kids were gathered around. When they saw their father enter the room, Nina said, “Why don’t you guys all go work on your homework.”
He watched at the kids filed up to their rooms, with Sophie stopping off to hug her dad, before he was left with just his wife and a very upset looking Logan. Chris studied their faces, wondering what had gone on but Nina tried to fill in the blanks for him.
I understand Chris anger. Things could’ve gone sideways. After that tongue lashing, Logan definitely won’t text and drive again.

As soon as Bucky approached the long driveway, your jaw dropped. It was a beautiful estate, two stories high but looked so wide that it probably had thirteen bedrooms!
Bucky chuckled at your state of awe and closed your mouth, “You’ll catch flies, sweet cheeks.” As soon as he parked the car, he hopped out of his seat and rushed over to your side, holding the door open and lending a hand out to help you.
You kissed his cheek, “What a gentlemen,” and Bucky was beaming.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve read this series. When I saw the update (master list stalker) I squealed. Love me some Chubby! Bucky and Sweet Cheeks. Feared mob boss, soft as all get out with his nephews.

Seriously they look terrible, and I showed them to @moonbeambucky, and she insisted I make an Astrophile drabble about it. So here it is. lol, It’s seriously nothing. “They look like blood clots.”
Bucky stares at the round pale white cookies covered in a glob of swirling red and white cream. They did look like a blood clot. They looked… not great. He was not going to tell his fiance that. He was absolutely not going to tell her that.
“Nah, Beck. They look…” He rubs the back of his neck as he stares at them, trying to find the right words that will not hurt her feelings. It’s Christmas Eve, after all. He’s not going to make his very pregnant fiance cry on Christmas Eve.
“They, um, they look like… is it raspberry?”
Clint and Sam, HUSH UP!
I love how she almost drops it until she smells it and that flashbulb memory hits.
“Real isn’t how you are made,” said the Skin Horse. “It’s a thing that happens to you. When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with, but REALLY loves you, then you become Real … Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby. But these things don’t matter at all, because once you are Real you can’t be ugly, except to people who don’t understand.”
Notice she says “who” it was and not “what” it was.
Im crying
sobbing and clutching my stuffed lion i have slept with nearly every night for 33 years. i can’t fathom being separated from him long enough to not recognize him on sight, but if you blindfolded me and held up things to smell, i’d know him just as quickly and as hard as she did.
