how do you find events to participate in?
I follow a lot of source/group blogs dedicated to the fandoms I like. They're the ones who typically host events (sometimes, individual users host events on their own too, but since it can be stressful tracking and reblogging all event creations, most prefer hosting it on a source/group blog). Generally, they announce these events months ahead so you have plenty of time to work on the prompts. Source blogs often have URLs with the fandom name + "daily," "source," "central," "edit," or "gifs" at the end, so if you see their posts floating around your dash, give them a follow!

Hmm... Well, I don’t really do milestone celebrations because I’m too lazy, but I basically turned Dia’s GIF Maker Appreciation Tag into a follow forever because I tagged all my moots in that one (or at least, I hope I didn’t forget anyone!!).
