While some debate whether or not to march in the streets or on the sidewalk, we should be breaking open abandoned buildings for the homeless, organizing general strikes/takeovers, occupying/taking over infrastructure, supporting each other materially & emotionally. Starving this economy, while helping each other. Protecting each other and learning how.
There will be no shortage of horrific new legislation coming at us, and even some who lived a comfortable life before won’t be able to weather the upcoming obstacles. Not to mention the rest of us.
Not to mention impending war, nuclear or otherwise, and the destruction of the environment isn’t something that can be fixed later by legislation.
All empires die, and it can die on it’s own, or we can move it in a new direction of our choosing.
But if your plan is to “wait it out” for 4 years, 8 years, or more, then, like Trump, you haven’t really thought this through completely.
