I don't know who needs to hear this, but as a creator -
I am fine with "the audience" -
- downloading my fics
- printing my fics
- copy/pasting or screenshotting my fics
- sharing your saved copy of my fics with anyone else who might want them in the unlikely but never impossible case that my fics are no longer available on ao3
making a book of my fic(s) and running your fingers across the pages while lovingly whisperingmy precioussss- doing these things with anything I create for fandom, such as meta, headcanons, au nonsense like 'texts from the brodinsons,' etc
I am not fine with "the audience"
- doing any of the above with the purpose/intent of plagiarizing my work or passing it off as their own in any capacity
- feeding my work into ai for any reason whatsoever
Save the fandom things. Preserve the fandom things. Respect the fandom things.
Enjoy the fandom things.
You also can't sell a print version of any of my fics. If you decide to print and bound my fics to add to your personal collection, or as a gift to your friend - that's fine. You cannot charge for it, and I don't approve of you selling my FREELY AVAILABLE WORK in any shape or form.

Itd be nice to be able to give commentary on my own stuff and clarify details on such things before a fanwork of them was posted!!)#({This was a slight problem in the past when people took my Koushiro gifs to use for KouMi comments when they werent from KouMi sets...})#(In that case for example I clarified with OPs they were meant as OTP gifs and to please ask before using them with KouMi contexts)#(but once they did I *appreciated* being able to approve of such things with them and things *can work out in such ways like that*!!)#(*As long as you are KIND{!!!} when asking*)#(But theres a vast difference between that and for example making 'inspired' fanart of ones works *specifically to sell*+etc *or stealing*!
