How It’s Made, Decorative Candles.

Oh man, I wish there was a class or something you could take on how to do this?  I mean just for fun...to be able to try it once on a small one or something.

I have that problem with art though I love trying out new things but its so pricey with materials and all!  Still, want, that looked amazing.
