Y’all so I just realized that if Meeks did die in the Vietnam war (like Allelon Ruggiero head canons) that would mean that within 20 years, the rest of the dead poets lost two friends

I don't know why but I feel like Pitts is that one friend that likes really weird foods or weird food combinations and the rest of the Dead Poets make fun of him for it

A couple Dead Poets Society head canons but make it gay because it’s pride month

• Charlie was the first person Todd came out to

Todd had just fully realized his feelings for Neil and he was having a panic attack because it’s the 50s and people are homophobic and he just realized he was in love with his best friend/roommate

Charlie was actually looking for Neil when he came across Todd having the panic attack. He sat with Todd and calmed him down and that was when Todd (hesitantly) came out to him. Charlie reassured him that everyone else in their friend group was also a little bit gay and that Neil also had feelings for him

• Meeks and Pitts share a bed

It started one night because there was a bad thunderstorm and Meeks got scared (Meeks is scared of storms and no one can convince me otherwise)

Meeks tried to ignore the storm but Pitts could tell he was freaked out. Pitts turned on his desk lamp and scooted over so Meeks could get in the bed with him

This started a trend and it got to the point where Meeks would immediately go to Pitts bed instead of starting in his

Meeks’ bed just has all of their stuff for their radio piled on it and it’s still set from their first day

Pitts and Meeks would’ve loved Bill Nye the Science Guy and NO ONE can convince me otherwise

Talents I feel like the Dead Poets have:

Neil: I feel like his is obviously acting but he’s like REALLY good

Charlie: is a really good drawer

Pitts: can play piano really well (this is just based on the fact that James Waterston is a really good piano player)

Meeks: is an incredible singer

Todd: is an amazing writer like not just with poems he’s also really good at writing stories

Knox: is a really good dancer

Cameron: can play guitar really well
