THE LORD OF THE RINGS set design appreciation: ― Lothlorien's Haven
not me just now finding out about @halfelvenweek and jumping at the chance to yell about my ocs
Ríngilith was born in the early Second Age in Lindórinand, which would later be known as Lothlórien, where her grandfather Amdír was King.
Her lineage could be traced back to Elmo of the Sindar and Denweg of the Laegrim. What she did not know was that her father, Perlaeth, was secretly Eluréd Diorion, who had survived the Second Kinslaying of Menegroth and joined Círdan’s people, making her one of the descendants of Lúthien Tinúviel and a peredhel.
When her uncle Amroth departed from the kingdom, she accompanied him, as she did not have a desire to rule, though she was reluctant to leave Middle-Earth. Their group was separated, and she came across a strange lone elf. Few ever heard from or saw her again.

This quest may be attempted by the weak with as much hope as the strong. Yet such is oft the course of deeds that move the wheels of the world: small hands do them because they must, while the eyes of the great are elsewhere.
