Tl;dr if you’re using flo, glow, or ovia to track your period, you should probably reconsider.
Clue appears to be a safe alternative (which is a relief since I use and like the app)
taking note of how quickly men calm down after you bend to their will is life-changing because you realize they were never really out of control, they were never really as angry and affected as they appeared. they just knew how to act out aggresssively enough to make you believe it was your fault that they lost their senses.

I was telling my therapist about my passive desire to die and an example is late one night last week I got drunk - but still under the legal limit for driving - and got in my car and drove directly into a blizzard in the mountains. I made a point that I was at 0.7 BAC and he was like “oh you have a breathalyzer?” I think as a joke but I was like “yes” and my therapist said “you know you’re an alcoholic when” and he sort of laughed and I was like 👀
