Hello!!! Welcome to Crystal!!

This is a comic series based on an animated series I have had in my head for a very long time now and I finally had the opportunity to be able to turn it into a comic.

The comic follows Crystal, a 14 year old girl trying to navigate herself in this place called high school. It is her first day back in high school that things are different than they seem, with the new Science teacher and her pet cat drawing in something mysterious to the school.

Pages will hopefully be uploaded weekly, Saturdays or Sundays

Absolutely adore the Simpsons as it was heavy part of my childhood.

Of course treehouse of horror episodes were always my favourite! So I made this pick with a lot of characters from the classic episodes! Leave a comment if you recognise them!

Hey guys just wanted to post a little update on why I haven't posted much.

I am selling at a convention pretty soon, next week actually. For the past few weeks I have been running around and working on things to be ready for the convention whilst also juggling my part time job which has been pretty difficult.

with it being the long weekend this week I am hoping to have the next post of the comic uploaded within the next 3 days so I'm really sorry about that.

anyways, I'm pretty much all prepared for this convention so I'll soon be back to uploading more regularly in the future. again sorry about the inactivity and thank you for waiting

it's not easy being the chosen one that everybody's depending on..

i've been really enjoying @issgoart 's comic, and finding it was what pushed me to actually start mine! i'm a sucker for oc content, and of course the "outcast MC getting thrusted into a magical destiny" trope. these were the kinda stories i'd daydream about and cling onto as a teenager, so i gotta huge soft spot for 'em.

forest could also definitely benefit from knowing he's not alone, and that it's ok to struggle with being the 'chosen one'

i'm really intrigued to see where crystal's story goes! now back to my cave to scribble away my own ideas lol

Gem Day out!

Finally realised I can change the resolution on my illustration so now they look so much more crisp 🥲I’m gonna go back on some of my prouder illustrations and redo them now that I know what I know
