Look, we’ve all been there, replaying a game, knowing we’re about to lose some people and, more importantly, all their stuff. There is no shame in selling off a few things before that dramatic event happens. Well, maybe some shame, but it’s not yours, so who cares?
“I fancy many things. I fancy things that are beautiful and things that are strong. I fancy things that are dangerous and exciting. Would you be offended if I said I fancied you?”
You gotta hand it to Zevran, maybe he fails at assassination and lockpicking, but he fails right into your heart.

its not real dragon age if a rogue in your party warning everyone to watch their step isn’t immediately followed by the sound of a trap being activated and a warrior in your party screaming
Even fictional characters hate me
WHAT THE FOK DID YOU DO? SIDE WITH THE ARCHDEMON?

THIS IS SO PERFECT
A family isn’t always one man and one woman. Sometimes a family is a bog witch, an assassin, an assassin nun who sings, a living statue, an elderly wraith, a giant with cornrows who loves the arts, an alcoholic who lost his wife to his cousin, the half blood prince, and a dog.
Re: your Tabris character creation, there's a mod out now that gives you better lighting for that! :) It's 'LHs Chargen And Party Picker by LadyHonor'
Oooh, thank you! :D I still haven’t decided what kind of look to pick, but now I can actually see what I’m doing.
The true bioware experience is spending hours on character creator and finally decide to finish. Only to see jaw is too short or the nose was smaller than it looked. So off to restart and spend more hours to try again. Only this time the lip shine is blinding in game. Rinse and repeat.
zevran: i roll to assassinate the warden
dm: you rolled a 1. you try to assassinate the warden, but it fails. they win. they offer to take you in if you help fight the blight. after a year, you’re in love. you get married, honeymooning in orlais
Listen, I love my inquisitor, but I also have this great vision of her and the advisors standing around the war table like “we have so few resources, here in our massive castle where we’re training an army, how can we possibly hope to defeat Corypheus” and then the doors bang open and there stands the Hero of Ferelden. She cracks her knuckles. “Listen up kiddos - oh hey, Cullen - listen, back in my day, I defeated a god with the help of like 5 randos and a dog. What seems to be the problem.”
I need this.
Hey I'm looking to buy a Dragon Age game, would Inquisition be a good place to start?
Personally, I’d recommend Dragon Age: Origins since that’s the first in the series and also one of my favorite games ever. It serves as a good introduction to the world of Thedas - plus, it introduces several characters and plot points that resurface in later games. Origins is a seven years old game by now, but I feel like it has stood the test of time quite well so it’s definitely worth trying.
