If I see one more post like “I’m so proud my state turned blue” I might rage vomit. Those people are exactly what’s wrong with the nation, voting down a party line, loyal to a fault for zero reason.

If all you care about is “your party winning” whether red or blue, then you don’t really care about the nation at all. You only care about your opinion, which is most definitely not aligned with what’s best for America.

If you read this post and think I am being partisan, you are a fucking idiot. The point is that you should be looking at the CANDIDATE and their ACCOMPLISHMENTS instead of what ticket they are running. Perhaps then you’ll stop thinking binary (red/blue) and start critically thinking (multi-party).

we are not fucking doing this right now. not so close to the election, not when we are literally begging people to vote for biden.

is he a terrible person? yeah, yeah he is. is kamala harris any better? no, she isnt.

do we have even a morsel of a choice when voting?

no, we dont.

waiting for a better candidate or throwing your vote away on a third party is the quickest way to ensure that you never get to make that choice ever again. voting anything other than blue in the upcoming election is the quickest way to ensure a fascist remains the leader of our country

the battered wife mentality americans have with their political system is so funny yet so fucking sad

And then the next election will come around and it'll be the same argument. Vote blue, because the Republicans are fascists. No, you don't get to question it. You don't get to demand better. You don't get to vote third party. You can only ever vote Democrat, and that means you have to accept the Democrat's table scraps.

The absolute brainrot of going from

"do we have even a morsel of a choice when voting?"

To

"Vote blue anyways"

Is absolutely astonishing, impressive almost if it wasn't so fucking sad.

All elections have consequences that are felt for years to come. At what point are you going to take a stand for what you believe?

Rubio: I do think its valid to argue to the delegates, “look, let’s not divide the party. We have someone here who has all these votes, very close to 1237. Let’s not ignore the will of the people; they’re going to be angry.” And delegates may decide for that reason their voting Donald Trump, but if they don’t it is not illegitimate in any way. That’s why we elect delegates, that’s the meaning of being a delegate is choosing a nominee who can win.
Cefalo: Final question for your Senator. If it is indeed Donald Trump, will you support him?
Rubio: Yeah I’ve always said I am going to support the Republican nominee, and that’s especially true now that it’s apparent that Hillary Clinton is going to be the Democratic candidate. My differences with Donald Trump are well documented, and obviously we had 12 months to talk about those. I’m not saying he’s going to be the nominee, we don’t know that yet. He is certainly the leader in the delegate count. But Hillary Clinton would be a disaster for America, she really would. I mean, she has a lot of ethical questions surrounding her campaign. I think she was not a very good Secretary of State. And quite frankly she’s a candidate who looks backwards. America needs to turn the page and move towards the future.

So I changed the title of the article to more accurately reflect the Univision interview with Rubio. After listening to the whole thing, Rubio is NOT warming up to Trump like the article brags, and to be honest the article misquotes him several times, even with the interview audio attached at the bottom of the page. Talk about embarrassing.

Once again, Rubio DOES NOT say he will support Trump. Only that he will support the Republican nominee.

15 minutes into the CNN debate...

And it is nowhere near as professional as the Fox news debate. There is too much focus on Trump rather than the issues, and why Trump gets a reply after every candidate's response is mind boggling. Why is CNN giving him so much attention? Furthermore, why is the first question for the candidates, "Would you feel comfortable with Trump's finger on the nuclear codes?"
All CNN wants to drama, not an actual debate where candidates discuss the issues.
