California D.A. Warns of Anti-Cop and Anti-Victim Agenda | District Attorney Todd Spitzer

Los Angeles and San Francisco are taking a relaxed approach to crimes, and California is reducing the sentences of over 70,000 inmates.   
My guest today is Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer, who also served as the chair of California Assembly Committee on Prison Construction and Operations. 
Today he discusses a group of California’s district attorneys do not agree with California’s major cities approach to crime and the impacts of these policies on the state.

Zetas drug gang 'used Mexico prison as extermination camp to kidnap and kill 150'
Members of the Zetas drug gang used a prison in northern Mexico as their private house of horrors where they tortured and killed kidnapping victims and underworld enemies.

Between 2009 and 2012, Piedras Negras prison became a virtual extermination camp, ruled with impunity by the notorious crime cartel as an operational base for their reign of terror in the US-Mexican border region.
After an investigation into the three-year period, authorities estimate that around 150 people were murdered inside the prison, with their bodies being burnt or broken down in acid-filled tanks before the remains were disposed of in a river some 20 miles away from the jail.
It is not clear to what extent the prison’s official guards actively cooperated with gang members or whether they merely allowed them to act with impunity in exchange for keeping order among inmates. But prosecutors have revealed that Zetas’ prison leaders dressed up in uniforms as the prison’s de facto security force, wearing bulletproof vests and driving customised vehicles.

At this point, every public official should be arrested in Mexico and prosecuted for corruption. How could they let a drug gang take over their prison as a torture/extermination center?! Furthermore:

The leader of the bloodthirsty Zetas prison gang has been identified as Ramón Burciaga Magallanes, who is currently in another jail serving time for kidnapping. Besides Burciaga Magallanes, prosecutors served arrest warrants on four other suspects. All five are accused of participating in just seven murders because the remains of seven victims have been found and identifies within the prison compound.    
The state prosecutor’s office said that it is searching for more missing persons who “were taken to the prison to be killed”.

I don’t usually quote heavily from articles as I expect everyone is bright enough to read on their own…but this is information I feel you need to see, as I see the same lies Hillary and Bernie tout all over this site.  

“The statement that the prison population is mostly low-level marijuana offenders is utterly totally bogus; there is not a shred of validity in it,” said Jonathan Caulkins, a public policy professor at Carnegie Mellon University.
Mr. Caulkins said that while 20 percent of the U.S. prison population is incarcerated for drug convictions, less than 10 percent of those are for marijuana. The other 90 percent deal with cocaine, methamphetamine or heroin violations.
“And of the marijuana violators, the people in prison for that reason in particular, they basically are never there for simple possession,” Mr. Caulkins said. “You can go to prison if you possess 5 tons of marijuana, but that’s not personal possession. Most of these offenders are there because they broke parole or were also charged with drug trafficking and production.”

Hillary Clinton is a poor excuse for a human being, and should not be allowed anywhere near the Oval Office ever again. How people think she is qualified to be President when she can’t even handle “two personal devices” is beyond me. Managing two cell phones isn’t that difficult, neither is two emails. I hope the FBI is able to prove she tampered with her server and they can recover more classified material. Hillary Clinton deserves prison time and the American people deserve justice for this gross negligence.

US vaccine researcher sentenced to prison for fraud

Rare is the scientist who goes to prison on research misconduct charges. But on 1 July, Dong-Pyou Han, a former biomedical scientist at Iowa State University in Ames, was sentenced to 57 months for fabricating and falsifying data in HIV vaccine trials. Han has also been fined US$7.2 million and will be subject to three years of supervised release after he leaves prison.

His case had a higher profile than most, attracting interest from a powerful US senator. Han’s harsh sentence raises questions about how alleged research fraud is handled in the United States, from decisions about whether to prosecute to the types of punishments imposed by grant-making agencies.

“This seems like a very light penalty for a doctor who purposely tampered with a research trial and directly caused millions of taxpayer dollars to be wasted on fraudulent studies,” Grassley wrote in a February 2014 letter to the ORI. The office can issue lifetime funding bans, but former ORI officials say that such punishment is reserved for especially egregious cases, such as those in which human subjects could have been endangered.

People who take advantage of other people’s misery disgust me. He falsified his team’s AIDS research so he wouldn’t lose their funding. I am glad he has not only been sentenced to prison, but must repay all the money he had from the various grants.

Oh yes, it is so terrible we hold people accountable for their actions. No, because that is how life works. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, and sometimes that action is a punishment like prison. Murderers should not roam the streets free just because you “feel bad” for them. 

Could John Legend be any more foolish and naive? Or is George Soros paying him to peddle this bullshit? (In case you didn’t know, Prop 47 he refers to in the article was completely backed by Soros non-profits and donations).

The FBI has positively identified the two robbers who in 1990 committed the largest art heist in history, stealing over $500 million worth of masterpieces from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. One is an ex-con who was free only because his lawyer, now Secretary of State John Kerry, was able to get his first-degree murder conviction overturned in 1982.

Wow, as if I didn’t need another reason to hate you, John Kerry, yet here is one! You got the murder charged overturned on a man WHO COMMITTED MURDER, and because you let a career criminal out, he went on to COMMIT the biggest art theft of all time. 

It’s great that the FBI has been able to positively i.d. the suspects who stole the artwork, but it doesn’t help them in any way since all the people involved are dead. I do hope those paintings are recovered one day, in particular the Vermeer since only 36 Vermeers exist today. 

It is interesting to note that Kerry has been making TERRIBLE deals since the 1980s, and it speaks volumes about what this Iran Deal might mean for us in the future.
